The Dommelvallei service and the affiliated municipalities will replace the BAG application with a solution that meets the set requirements, works satisfactorily and optimally matches current and future work processes. The solution must contribute to optimizing the BAG management processes and reducing the technical management costs. Furthermore, the contracting authority wants to keep pace with developments within the market and in the field of legislation and regulations. All this at the best price-quality ratio and under the GIBIT conditions.

The agreement includes the operational delivery and then the provision of an on premises BAG application, including maintenance and support.

The contractor must deliver the following performance (hereafter also: the solution):

- one-off; taking care of the implementation (installation and layout in accordance with the implementation plan to be supplied),

- annually; maintenance and support. In accordance with GIBIT (Articles 8.3 and 8.9), this is understood to mean:

 corrective maintenance;

 preventive maintenance;

 innovative maintenance;

 user support;

 timely compliance with relevant laws and regulations;

 continues to meet agreed interoperability requirements;

 meet new versions of Municipal ICT quality standards in time through updates and upgrades.
