The Supplier must carry out inspection and maintenance of the Twence fire alarm systems with the aim of working safely and without interference, whereby Twence complies with all applicable laws and regulations. The supplier must carry out preventive and on-demand corrective maintenance on the fire alarm systems and provide reports of the maintenance carried out. In addition, the supplier must proactively think along with new developments in this field.

1. Storings- en onderhoudsdienstverlening

• Maintaining BMI and sprinkler systems preventively (maintenance) and correctively (in case of calamities and/or malfunctions) in accordance with the laws and regulations;

• During day-duty hours, the Contracting Authority wants to be able to make use of extra capacity of the Contractor if desired;

• Consignment service: Contracting authority wants to be able to call on the Contractor 24/7. A arrival time of 4 hours is used.

2. Inspection and issuing of certificates

• The periodic inspection of fire alarm systems and sprinkler systems and the issuing of the corresponding certificates.

3. Reporting

• Reporting on the installations in accordance with the requirements.

4. Provide support during visits by supervisors, inspectors and insurers.

5. Optional: BMC manure valorisation plant in Zenderen

• If Brusche's warranty period for the fire alarm system of manure processing in Zenderen expires in 2 years, Twence will keep open the possibility of placing the maintenance work with the awarded supplier.

6. Optional: delivery and installation of new operating system

• Since the current operating system is outdated, Twence keeps open the possibility to purchase and have installed a new operating system in the context of this Assignment from the awarded supplier, if the right knowledge and experience is available at this supplier.
