The contract concerns the assignment, to a single operator for each lot, of a framework agreement pursuant to art. 54, paragraph 4, letter a) of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 concerning teaching services dedicated to school and non-school public, consisting of visits and laboratories, distance learning activities in the virtual classroom and other educational and scientific initiatives, to be carried out at the Museum System and Territory of Rome Capital.

Framework agreement pursuant to art. 54, paragraph 4, letter a) of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 concerning educational services in the archaeological field, dedicated to the school and not, consisting of visits and laboratories, distance teaching activities in virtual classroom and other educational and scientific initiatives, to be held at the Museum and Territory System of Rome capital.

This contract is constituted as a framework agreement within which the contractor will have to perform the services booked by the user during the period in which the custody is in force, within the limits of the amounts Expenditure maximum indicated below:

— EUR 200 000,00, VAT exempt for the alleged period of contractual duration from September 2021 to 31.12.2022,

— EUR 150 000,00, VAT exempt for the period of possible contract renewal for a maximum of a further 12 months,

— EUR 75 000,00, VAT exempt for any technical extension for the time strictly necessary for the completion of the procedures necessary for the identification of a new contractor and in any case for a duration maximum of a further six months during the completion of the tendering procedure which will be initiated for the re-assignment of the service.

The contractor, therefore, acknowledges and accepts that Zètema cannot guarantee the entrustment of any minimum number of educational activities, since the actual number of activities that will be carried out by contractor during the duration of the contract will depend solely on the request for such services by the user.

Framework agreement pursuant to art. 54, paragraph 4, letter a) of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 concerning educational services in the historical-artistic field, dedicated to the school and not, consisting of visits and workshops, distance teaching activities in virtual classroom and other educational and scientific initiatives, to be held at the Museum and Territory System of Rome capital.

This contract is constituted as a framework agreement within which the contractor will have to perform the services booked by the user during the period in which the custody is in force, within the limits of the amounts Expenditure maximum indicated below:

— EUR 120 000,00, VAT exempt for the alleged period of contractual duration from September 2021 to 31.12.2022,

— EUR 90 000,00, VAT exempt for the period of possible contract renewal for a maximum of a further 12 months,

— EUR 45 000,00, VAT exempt for any technical extension for the time strictly necessary for the completion of the procedures necessary for the identification of a new contractor and in any case for a period of time maximum of a further six months during the completion of the tendering procedure which will be initiated for the re-assignment of the service.
