WVI has the ambition to stimulate and facilitate renewable energy projects. This requires expertise that WVI does not always have in-house. In order to be able to quickly carry out specialized research in various aspects of renewable energy, WVI is looking for one or more service providers via this request for quotation. WVI is looking for expertise in the following areas: photovoltaic installations, wind turbines, heat, hydrogen and electricity studies.
Expertise in photovoltaic installationsThe study should investigate the technical and economic feasibility of solar panels. This includes at least stability studies and research into combinations of solar panels with charging stations, heat pump and / or battery.
Expertise in wind turbinesExpertise is sought for:
a) preliminary investigation of potentially large and medium-sized wind turbines (check on a map where wind turbines are possible);
b) feasibility study of large and medium-sized wind turbines (with integral cast shadow and noise research): A number of types of wind turbines are calculated and the calculation is provided digitally and with sufficient detail;
c) supervising the submission of an environmental permit for wind turbines;
d) supervising tendering of wind turbines.
Expertise in heatExpertise is sought for business parks, residential projects and multi-company buildings:
a) study of collective heat pump with small-scale heat network;
b) study of collective BEO field with individual heat pumps;
c) study of (residual) heat networks;
d) study of central or decentralized CHP for district heating.
At least one reference is submitted with regard to a study for heat networks.
Expertise in hydrogenKnowledge of (pilot) projects regarding hydrogen: solar collectors that generate hydrogen, hydrogen as storage, hydrogen in the natural gas network, [...].
Expertise in electricity studiesThe electricity studies can be the following: network studies on low voltage, medium voltage, direct voltage (DC network), calculating district battery, [...].
