Ringsaker kommune (Ringsaker Municipality) wants to enter into a framework agreement for winter maintenance on three routes consisting of a total of seven municipal properties. The purpose of the contract is to maintain area accessibility and safety in the winter half of the year.

Tenders may be submitted for one or more of the lots.

Snow clearing/gritting will be carried out as needed, 5 to 7 days a week (defined per property).

— Route 1 Furnes lower secondary school, Kylstad nursery school, Kylstad School and Residence 425 (Previously teacher residences at Kylstad School);

— Route 2 Kirkenær School;

— Route 3 Furnes nursery school and Furnes Residential and Activity Centre.

The winter maintenance will consist of snow clearing and gritting. For some parts of the area, snow clearing must take place manually or with the help of snow blowers. There are also areas that requirement manual gritting.

Suppliers themselves must have suitable equipment/tools/materials adapted to the assignment.

The number of snow clearing and gritting assignments will vary each winter season depending on downfall and temperature. Ringsaker Municipality requests fixed prices per tour for snow clearing and for gritting through the contract period.

The agreement is valid from the date of signing the contract until 30 August 2020. The client has the option to extend the contract for 1 year so that the contract can be coordinated with the other contracts for winter maintenance of municipal properties.
