From 2022 to 2024, Wohnungswirtschaft Frankfurt (Oder) GmbH is comprehensively renovating the Juri-Gagarin-Ring 1 - 41 residential complex. The area Juri-Gagarin-Ring 1 - 41 was built in 1970 using the industrial construction method (IW 66/P2-5 storey). All seven residential buildings have a basement, 5 upper floors and a mezzanine. In each staircase there are 10 apartments (two-in-hand). A total of 359 apartments are to be renovated over the three construction phases.
The services of the 3rd construction phase include the buildings Yuri Gagarin Ring 1 - 4; 5 - 9 and 10 - 14 with a total of 129 apartments after renovation.

This tender includes only Lot 402a - Electrical installation for the buildings J.-Gagarin-Ring 5; 6 - 9 and 10 - 14! The renovation work for lot 402b, which includes the building J.-Gagarin-Ring 1 - 4, will be put out to tender separately at a later date.
During the entire construction period, the apartments are mostly occupied!
The staircase at Yuri Gagarin Ring 5 has been vacated due to planned changes to the floor plan.
Electrical installationIn the staircases JG 6 - 9 and 10 - 14, the house connection, main pipes, meters, risers and the apartment distribution are to be completely renewed, expanded or strengthened. In this case, all electrical meters of a staircase (including apartment meters) are centralized in a basement room of the staircase. In each of the 90 apartments, the housing sub-distribution will be renewed. In the bathroom, the complete electrical installation and in the kitchen at least the electrical installation in the kitchenette area will be renewed. The installations are mostly plastered, in the bathroom partly under plaster. In the inhabited apartments, the circuits of all other rooms remain in their current state, they are only clamped into the new apartment sub-distribution. All inhabited apartments will receive a new electric stove with ceramic hob. In the empty apartments, the entire electrical installation in all rooms will be renewed.
The entire lighting of the stairwell will be renewed.
Work must continue to be carried out on lightning protection. Smoke exhaust systems and elevator systems provided by the customer must be wired in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
In the staircase J.-Gagarin-Ring 5, the floor plans are changed. Here, the entire electrical installation of the staircase including the house connection is renewed.
