The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task: "Expansion of poviat road No. 1424K Bochnia – Uście Solne – Barczków on the section Bochnia - Bogucice" (stage I Bochnia - Gawłów) in the design and build system.

The task is co-financed from the Regional Operational Program of the Lesser Poland Voivodship for the years 2014–2020, Priority Axis 7 Transport infrastructure, Measure 7.1 Road infrastructure, Sub-measure 7.1.3 Sub-regional roads - spr, from the European Regional Development Fund.

1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task: "Expansion of poviat road No. 1424K Bochnia – Uście Solne – Barczków on the section Bochnia-Bogucice" (stage I Bochnia-Gawłów) in the design and build system.

2. The contract includes:

1) preparation of complete project documentation in accordance with:

- the requirements set out in the functional and utility program for stage I Bochnia-Gawłów, at km 2+ 420 - 5 + 976 km (3.556 km),

- an extract for stage I from the functional and utility program,

- with a decision on the environmental conditions for consent to implement the project.

2) obtaining the administrative decisions required by law, including the decision to permit the implementation of the ZRID road investment, opinions, arrangements and permits necessary to perform the construction works covered by this task,

3) exercising author's supervision during the period of performing construction works based on the developed executive documentation,

4) if necessary, ensuring archaeological supervision and supervision of the monument conservator,

5) performance of construction works on the basis of design documentation approved by the Employer and subject to execution and in accordance with the principles of technical knowledge, as well as the transfer of the subject of the contract to the Employer,

6) providing the Employer with as-built documentation.
