1) The subject of the contract is: "Performing tasks in the field of small mountain retention in the Forest District of Węgierska Górka."
2) The subject of the contract is divided into 3 lots (hereinafter referred to as packages):
a) Package I - Modernization of a concrete and stone ford with a wooden and stone structure. Sikorczane Forestry. (Protection of the stream along the section of the road "Nad Młynkami" in the Sikorczane forestry).
b) Package II - replacement of 1 round concrete culvert with an arched culvert with a natural bottom on a permanent stream in the Łukaszne Forestry. (Protection of the banks of the stream along the "Do Boru" road in the Łukaszne forestry)
c) Package III - Construction of 5 stone fords on periodic streams on the upper loop in the Boracz Forestry, and replacement of 1 round concrete culvert with an arched culvert with a natural bottom on a permanent stream in the Boracz Forestry. (Implementation of fords on the upper loop in the Boracz Forestry).
Modernization of a concrete and stone ford with a wooden and stone structure. Sikorczane Forestry. (Protection of the stream along the section of the road "Nad Młynkami" in the Sikorczane forestry).The ford is made of wood and stone groats. Ford width 6.20m, ferry length 12,200m.
Cross beams made of rot barked, resistant to rot (e.g. larch), diameter Ø 20-25 cm, laid transversely to the direction of the stream. Longitudinal beams also made of round bark debarked, resistant to rot (e.g. larch), Ø 20-25 cm, laid on a stone crushed stone foundation of 32-64 mm and 30 cm thick, perpendicular to the transverse beams. Connecting transverse and longitudinal beams: for notches and Ø22 mm wooden dowels made of hardwood, driven into both joined parts. Filling the top of the groats: with broken stone in blocks of weight min. 50 kg, wedged in individual crates of the porridge tightly and embedded in the ballast layer. Profiling the culvert (transverse and longitudinal drops) in such a way as to enable passage of forestry transport vehicles.

At the inlet of the ford, at a distance of approx. 6.50m from the ford, a partition made of round and stripped wooden log resistant to rotting (e.g. larch) with a diameter of Ø 30 cm is provided, fixed on both edges with vertical wooden dowels with a diameter of 15 cm driven into subsoil.
The outlet provides for repair in the form of a stone wall and the outlet in the form of a rapids from wedged rock blocks filled with fine aggregate and sand.
