supply of removable and modular sun visor structures and their spare parts and associated services for the benefit of the Ministry of the Armed Forces

the purpose of the contract is the supply of removable and modular sun visor structures and their spare parts to house military aircraft and the performance of associated services for the benefit of the Ministry of the Armed Forces.

The sunshade structure is intended for the parking and protection of military aircraft of the "RAFALE" type and light aircraft for monitoring and reconnaissance "ALSR" of the sun and bad weather.

This structure is intended to allow several deployments and reploiments in metropolitan France and on the various external theaters.

The structure must in particular:

- not generate any difficulties for the parking and movement of aircraft, equipment and operators;

- be quickly and easily implemented by a minimum of means;

- have the smallest possible logistics footprint;

- be transportable by air, sea, rail and road;

- have a building grounding device that also includes an aircraft grounding point;

- have a stand-alone solar lighting system (desirable).

this draft contract is subject to the procedure with negotiation in accordance with the provisions of Articles L2324-1, L2324-3, R2324-1, R2324-3, R2361-1, R2361-8 to R2361-12 of the Public Procurement Code. Pursuant to Articles R2362-1 to R2362-8 of the Public Procurement Code, this is a framework agreement comprising subsequent contracts and purchase orders.
