The purpose of this contract is to provide legal assistance and advice relating to the specific tax issues of the VAT of Saint-Quentin-En-Yvelines (Sqy). These advisory interventions will concern the application of VAT in the context of the public service missions carried out by local authorities and in particular:-The financial and operational arrangement, for its VAT part, of public services-The accounting and tax treatment of VAT in the context of activities subject to this tax-Disputes generated by activities subject to VAT-Monitoring of legal news relating to VAT
