The market is broken down into several segments:

- firm phase: operating service of the community recycling center with transport and recovery of waste from landfills with a view to reuse, reuse and preparation for recycling;

- optional phase: extension of the transport and recovery service to doorframes at community waste reception centers with dismantling and separation of materials with a view to material recycling.

This contract is an ordinary market at unit prices. Quantities (supplies and services): the contract is concluded for a period of five years, renewable once one year, ie six years in total; the services correspond to the need over this period.

Variants: Variants are only open on the following points:

- organization of technical services for the recycling plant,

- organization of functions within the recycling center.
