OPEN PROCEDURE FOR THE INTEGRATED CONTRACT: PNRR Plan M2C3I1.2P – Ministry of Justice – ROME – Integrated contract – Joint assignment of the executive design and execution of the works relating to the extraordinary maintenance and energy efficiency of the building in Rome headquarters of the Ministry of Justice, via Arenula n. 70

BASIC TENDER AMOUNT: € 6.752.461,52 composed as follows:

• € 5,316,347.53 for works (including the incidence of labor);

• € 1,260,211.71 for security and Covid charges, not subject to auction discounts;

• € 175.902,28 Executive design

The qualification categories for performers required for integrated procurement are:

OS6 class. V prevailing with compulsory qualification;

OG2 class. IIIa separable category with compulsory qualification;

OS28 class. II separable - pursuant to art. 89 paragraph 11 is not allowed the endorsement
