The overall scope of the contract is the provision of day to day and out of hours repairs services, planned maintenance and void works to approximately 1 300 properties located across the following WATMOS Estates in Lambeth, London:

— Ethelred Estate,

— Metmo Estate,

— Thorlands Estate.

WATMOS intends to appoint a single contractor for the entire scope of services. This may be in the form of a single contract, or individual contracts with each tenant management organisation. The contract will not be divided into smaller lots.

It is envisaged that the contract with the successful bidder shall last for an initial term of 5 years, with an option to extend at WATMOS’ sole discretion for 5 further terms of 1 year each, giving a maximum potential term of 10 years.
