The assignment mainly comprises the following activities:
a) Workplace services, with a preference for a first and second-line Help Desk on location at the Dutch Safety Board.
b) Thinking along and advising on innovations and new developments within the ICT that may be relevant for the implementation of the primary and secondary business functions of the Research Council and the implementation of the Information Vision 2020.
c) Periodically determining (brand, type, configurations, versions) of the required IT hardware and software in consultation with the Dutch Safety Board; the purchase thereof and any associated advice and maintenance needs and the handling and management of the guarantee;
d) LAN, WAN and Internet services.
All IT management, delivery and advice during 4 years.
