Maintenance, servicing, and repair of passenger lifts and mobility equipment for properties owned by Brent council, divided into Lift Servicing and Repairs and Mobility Lift Servicing and Repairs.
Lift and Mobility Lift Servicing and Repairs. The maintenance, servicing and repair of passenger lifts and mobility equipment such as lifts, hoists and platforms in properties where the Council is the Freeholder. This requirement is split into two lots - Lot 1 - Lift Servicing and Repairs and Lot 2 - Mobility Lift Servicing and Repairs. Lift Servicing and Repairs The maintenance, servicing, and repair of passenger lifts in properties where the Council is the Freeholder. Covering all aspects of works on behalf on the Brent council and subsidiaries. These works and parts will be carried out in accordance with manufactures instructions.
