In Cannstatter Straße, a new sewer is to be built parallel to an existing sewer, which is in need of renovation, during ongoing operation. For this purpose, the project management services are put out to tender.

It is a very cramped inner-city construction project with the highest demands on construction site logistics.

The large canal is located under one of Stuttgart's main access and arterial roads. In addition, Cannstatter Straße is located in the core zone of the healing and mineral spring protection area.

Due to the above-mentioned complexities, one of the main tasks will be risk management in order to identify project risks.

The cost target is 140 million. gross (KG 200 to 700).

Construction is not expected to be completed before 2031.
