1. The subject of the agreement is the service of the Ministry of Finance in the field of business trips consisting in:

1.1 booking, selling, issuing and delivering air tickets on domestic and foreign routes;

1.2 booking and selling accommodation in hotels abroad, and issuing and delivering vouchers that confirm the reservations made and paid.

2. The Ordering Party provides for the acquisition of:

2.1 to 2611 foreign air tickets on European routes,

2.2 to 181 foreign air tickets on non-European routes,

2.3 to 72 air tickets on domestic routes,

2.4 to 3891 beds abroad.

3. Detailed conditions regarding the execution of the contract are contained in the Draft provisions of the contract (PPU) constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ and the Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.

4. Pursuant to Article 95 of the PPL Act, the Contracting Authority requires employment on the basis of an employment contract within the meaning of the Act of 26 June 1974. Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320, as amended) by the Contractor or subcontractor of the persons referred to in Rozdz. Article 1(3)(1) of Annex 1 to the SWZ (OPZ). Detailed terms and conditions of employment of the above-mentioned persons have been described

in the PPU constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ.
