The subject of the contract is the development of comprehensive design and cost estimate documentation for the modernization of the southern and western wings of the Warsaw Arsenal building. The contracting authority has a "Program and spatial study" for the investment, however, the contractor may propose alternative solutions and exercise author's supervision over the execution of construction works according to this documentation. The basic needs and requirements, including in particular the functionality, and architectural assumptions are included in the documentation of the procedure made available on the website of the proceedings provided in this announcement. Documentation requirements will be the subject of dialogue with contractors invited to the dialogue and do not constitute the final set of requirements of the Contracting Authority. As part of the dialogue, there will be an opportunity to ask questions and propose alternative solutions.
