The Contractor shall lease to the Ordering Party a device for specified products for the duration of the contract, as indicated in the "Price Form". The Contractor is obliged to lease a complete device, i.e. one that allows its use by the Ordering Party without the need to buy additional accessories. The Contractor shall deposit selected products indicated in the "Price Form" in the form of a deposit at the Ordering Party's headquarters. The rules of deposit of selected products are described in the model agreement, which is an integral part of the SWZ.
