The purpose of this consultation is to supply electrical equipment for municipal services. The contract will be awarded in the form of a single-awarding framework agreement with purchase orders, in accordance with Articles L. 2125-1 and R. 2162-2 to R. 2162-6 of the SPC. The Framework Agreement will be concluded for an initial period of 12 months from the date of notification. And will be tacitly renewable 3 times per 12-month period. The maximum annual amount is set at 160,000 euro excl. VAT annually, i.e. 640,000 euro excl. VAT over the total period of execution of 4 years. This contract includes environmental performance conditions, details of which are indicated in the CPC.
