The purpose of this contract is to support the design of the offer on the theme of group tourism.
Implementation of a process of research and imagination of solutions according to a method inspired by "design thinking" during workshops mobilizing private, institutional and university partners, to bring out new products to market to target customers or services to be developed.
The work should be structured around the following objectives:
- Create a dynamic with stakeholders around a shared vision and a common collective project around the future group tourism in Grand Est. The elements of phase 1 of the project are to be taken into account (see contract documents).
- to bring out, "incubate", accelerate and facilitate the marketing (marketing-marketing approach) of a new qualitative offer for Group targets.
- Take into account the necessary transformation of the offer and an improvement of services in line with the new expectations of the group's customers and identify any needs in investments in services or infrastructures.
The framework agreement will be concluded with a minimum of 5 prototypes / with a maximum of 10 prototypes over the duration of the contract
