The purpose of this consultation concerns the collection of household and similar waste and the treatment of bulky waste in the territory of the Union.

The holder of this contract is responsible for the organization and execution of all the services necessary for the treatment of bulky waste and for the collection of household and similar waste, according to different door-to-door flows and points of voluntary delivery. , to their evacuation and unloading at the integrated waste treatment center of Champagne-sur-Oise under the conditions defined in the CCTP.

Lot 1: collection of household waste door-to-door and voluntary contribution as well as the collection of food waste market in the territory of the Syndicate tri gold which has 28 municipalities and 90 820 inhabitants. The flows collected: household waste, clean and dry recyclable waste and food glass.

Lot 2: collection and sorting of bulky waste door to door.

The aim of the union is to set up a specific collection of bulky items allowing sorting of this flow in order to extract the share that can be valued for an orientation towards a value chain.

The purpose of this lot is the collection of bulky waste door-to-door. It includes the following services:

- door-to-door collection by appointment of cumbersome individuals, households or similar, and collectives of less than 50 homes,

- the monthly and sectorized door-to-door collection of bulky collective dwellings with 50 or more dwellings,

- Sorting bulky 6 streams: wood, metal, cardboard, all-comers, branches and eco-furniture.

The purpose of this contract is to manage the bulky waste center on the integrated site in Champagne-sur-Oise, to provide skips, to transport and to handle the bulky waste resulting from the collection of bulky waste in the municipalities within the scope of the union. and the provision of skips for municipal services.

The holder of this lot will be responsible for:

- to accommodate the waste collected by the holder of lot 2 and the municipal services,

- make available skips for the 6 bulky waste streams,

- To carry out the rotations of skips. To treat the different flows of the bulky ones. To make available to the municipalities of the buckets (DIB, green waste), to ensure the transport and the treatment. To assure the management and the maintenance of the center of the bulky ones.
