The contracting authority, the Municipality of Midden-Delfland, is facing a challenge. The redesign with AV resources of the council chamber, the restaurant, the fraction rooms, the mayor's room and meeting rooms. The contracting authority strives for a council chamber that can be used multifunctionally. The council chamber is a room where various marriages are performed, meetings are held and anniversaries are honored. In short, it is a council chamber that stands in the middle of the municipality. With this tender, the municipality aims to achieve a single contractor for the supply, implementation and management of the new AV installation for the Municipality of Midden-Delfland.

The assignment is estimated at € 480,000 excluding VAT. This concerns the provision of all AV resources and related services for the entire contract duration including option years. This is not a maximum value.
