The Contracting Authority wants to enter into a contract with a joint-venture partner for washing and cleaning services. The assignment includes washing and cleaning for areas described in the tender documentation, for Volda og Ørsta Reinhaldsverk IKS (VØR). Requirements regarding implementation and area description, etc., are given in Annex 1, as well as the attached draft documentation, Annex 3. The assignment includes cleaning services in accordance with a specified plan and frequency. External window cleaning, spring cleaning for offices and floor polishing if required, once a year. The assignment shall be initiated from 01.07.2019 and for 2 years. Unilateral option for the Contracting Authority for 1 + 1 year extension. After this period the contract will be republished.
