The municipality of Enschede wants to award a contract to one contractor for supplying, installing, maintaining (both preventive and corrective maintenance) and repairing stairlifts. On the basis of the Wmo, the municipality of Enschede wishes to contract a contractor who can offer a most appropriate and adequate solution to residents of the municipality of Enschede who are assigned an indication for a stairlift by Zorg in Natura on the basis of the Wmo 2015. The total contract value for this contract is expected to be 2.25 million euros for the duration of 6 years.

The municipality of Enschede wishes to contract a contractor who:

- supplies and installs stairlifts,

- performs maintenance on the stairlifts (both preventive and corrective maintenance)*,

- can advise, measure and explain the operation of the stairlift at the residents' homes, so that the resident can use it independently.

- Removes, disassembles and drains stairlifts from the resident's home.

- Take care of all administrative actions where necessary in this process.

* with regard to carrying out the maintenance, the following applies: you perform the maintenance on lifts that you are going to deliver and stairlifts that have already been delivered by you (if the winner of the tender has already been a supplier for stairlifts for the municipality of Enschede in the past). For the latter category, the (new) maintenance scheme as stated in this tender applies. Maintenance on stairlifts already deployed from a supplier other than the contractor are outside the scope of this assignment. This maintenance is carried out by the relevant supplier itself.

The stairlifts are purchased on the basis of purchase without a deposit, with an all-in rate. This rate includes costs for:

- All work related to the installation of the stairlift including structural adjustments up to an amount of € 750,-.

- Verwijderingskosten.

- Maintenance and repair for the period of 10 years.
