The aim is to arrive at a framework agreement with one (1) Tenderer for the next 24 months by means of a tender, with an extension option of twice 12 months (24 months), in total including the initial fixed term, it is therefore a duration of up to 48 months. This concerns all services and deliveries regarding the standard office printing, the promotional printing and the value printing for the locations of NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences (NL locations), a detailed description is described in the descriptive document.

Because orderers in the field of printed matter can order via a central point, the Document Centre, a 'forced shopping' can be realized and thus legitimate purchase of printed matter can be guaranteed / promoted as much as possible. All services and deliveries concerning the standard office printing, the promotional printing and the value printing for the locations of NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences (NL locations).

Due to Corona, not all years are equally representative, on average the decrease in printed matter is approximately € 80,000 excluding VAT per year, this is also the expectation for the coming years. The amounts are intended to be guiding. Tenderer can explicitly not derive any rights from the amounts stated.

Office and house style printing consists of standardized printed matter of which the design, frequency and print runs are largely fixed. This type of printed matter is still regularly used and a stock must be present. These are the following:

Promotional printing consists of various information printed matter and promotional printed matter. Information printing and promotional printing are high-quality prints of which the design, frequency and circulations are not fixed. This is all non-standard printing. These are the following:

Waardedrukwerk

Value printing is used to print diplomas, certificates and lists of grades. A diploma or certificate is a value document and should therefore bear safety features.
