The City of Pori Waste Management (hereinafter also the customer) is responsible for the treatment of municipal waste generated on the properties of Eurajoki, Harjavalta, Kokemäki, Merikarvia, Nakkila, Pomarkku, Pori, Siikainen and Ulvila.
In addition to the existing treatment contracts, the customer needs additional municipal waste treatment capacity for the period June 1 - December 31, 2020. This call for tender is aimed at competing for the recovery of mixed waste generated on real estate. It is estimated that about 6 000 tonnes (± 20%) of mixed waste will be generated in the period.
Partial bids will only be accepted if no quotation is made for the full capacity.
Alternative offers will not be accepted. However, to the extent that no tenders for recovery are submitted, the offer for disposal may be accepted.

The tender is selected on the basis of the cheapest price for recovery.
Reference price for tenders = Processing price (EUR / tonne) as declared by the tenderer * Estimated minimum amount of waste (6 000 t) + Estimated shuttle distance to site (km) * 0.1 EUR / t / km * 6 000 t.
The estimated value of the contract exceeds the EU threshold.
The price of the service must be specified without VAT (0% VAT).
The service provider must meet the minimum requirements.
