The subject of the contract is the provision of the service of collection and transport of municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the Szczytno Municipality in a manner consistent with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 2023, item Szczytno). 1469, as amended) and the provisions of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the city of Szczytno and other provisions of statutory and local law for a period of 12 months from 01.01.2024.

The subject of the contract is the provision of a service of collection and transport of municipal waste from owners of real estate located in the Szczytno Municipality in a manner consistent with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 2023, item 1996). 1469, as amended) and the provisions of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the city of Szczytno and other provisions of statutory and local law. The subject of the contract also includes:

- transfer by the Contractor of collected, mixed and selectively collected municipal waste from the area of the city of Warsaw. Szczytno and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) located in Nowy Gizewo 16/1, 12-100 Szczytno directly to the municipal installation ZGOK Sp. z o. o., reloading station in Trelków, Szczytno commune;

- supply and maintenance of ash containers (in an estimated number of 35 pieces with a capacity of 1100 L metal);

- delivery and maintenance of containers for kitchen waste with a capacity of 240 L in brown color (added at each existing "nest" of multi-family buildings in the amount of at least 1 pc, if necessary, adding a container in places of the highest intensity - at the request of the Ordering Party).
