The Awarding Authority shall enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of 4x4 Pickup patrol cars, delivery vans and passenger cars. The vehicles shall be used for a workplace by patrolling and emergency police operational services. The vehicles shall be delivered in accordance with the Vehicle Regulations, in accordance to the Awarding Authority's specification requirements and the vehicles shall be uniformed and registered as emergency response vehicles.

The vehicles will largely be heavily loaded, with the use of a trailer loaded with for example 2 units ATV or 2 units snowmobiles. The vehicles shall be used for driving on both the road and in terrain. The strain of the vehicles shall be considerably larger than with normal civilian use. The vehicles must be robust and able to withstand larger loads and weights as these emergency vehicles are subjected to. It is expected that the vehicles should withstand this burden over time.
