1. The object of the order is the service - repair of the Emergency Medical Container Hyperbaric Kit “Heart” according to the provisions contained in the SWZ and attachments thereto, in the amount of 13 kpl, basic order 9 kpl, order in the option 4 kpl.

2. The Contractor shall carry out the steps set out in the 'Description of the Object of the Order' as set out in Annex 6 to the SWZ.

3. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of exercising the right of option (Article 34 (2) of the Pzp Act) in order to increase the basic quantitative range of the object of the contract specified as to the assortment and quantity in the following table in the column “basic quantity” - guaranteed to the Contractor, maximum of the quantities indicated in the table in Chapter III (3) of the SWZ. The Contracting Authority shall inform the Contracting Authority of its intention to exercise the right of the option by writing or fax or email within 7 days of the date of signing the contract.
