The Federal Employment Agency (BA) intends to build a new citizen-friendly and innovative contact point for all aspects of working life in the urban area of the city of Wiesbaden. For this purpose, cost-efficient, future-proof and sustainable office space is to be built for around 208 employees of the BA on an area that has already been defined in the city of Wiesbaden.

The aim is to secure adequate structural accommodation for the Wiesbaden employment agency in the long term. Areas should be kept sufficiently, but not in excess. The economic viability of the accommodation should be ensured.

The area to be planned is located on the 2nd Ring at the corner of Klarenthaler Straße and Kurt-Schumacher-Ring opposite the Rhein-Main University of Applied Sciences.

The plan is to demolish the existing employment agency with a new building at the same location.
