Collection, transport and treatment of household waste incineration flue gas purification residues (Refiom) from UVED in Briec-de-l'Odet. The procurement procedure used is the call for tenders opened in application of the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2-1 and R. 2161-2 to 5 of the Public Order Code. This is a framework agreement with order forms with an annual minimum and maximum (tonnes) in application of articles L. 2125-1-1º, R. 2162-1 to 6, R. 2162-13 and R 2162-14 of the public order code. Annual minimum: 1,000 t - annual maximum: 3,000 t.

Provisional notification date: October 2020.

The services requested are:

- loading and transport from UVED in Briec-de-l'Odet (29510) operated by the company GEVAL;

- reception and treatment of Refiom by disposal in a landfill center approved to receive hazardous waste under conditions that fully comply with the regulations in force; or

- receipt and processing of Refiom in a material recovery center (within the meaning of EU Directive 2018/851 of 30.5.2018) approved to process Refiom under conditions that fully comply with the regulations in force.
