The Norwegian Police Shared Services (Norwegian: PFT), henceforth referred to as the contracting authority, shall enter into framework agreements for fuel for vehicles, charging of electric cars, delivery of bulk to own facilities, fuel for boats and fuel for helicopters. Based on consumptions from previous years and without obligation for the contracting authority, purchases during the agreement period excluding options are estimated to NOK 360 million for all lots. The value represents approx. NOK 319 million for fuel for vehicles including car wash and car supplies, NOK 25 million for fuel for helicopter, NOK 10 million for fuel for vessels, NOK 5 million for bulk deliveries. There is no central framework agreement for electricity for electric cars. This means that we do not have a history of the procurement value. There is also an uncertainty regarding the future procurement of electric cars due to the fact that budgets are given for one year at a time. The estimated value of electricity for electric cars is NOK 1 million during the entire agreement period.

The framework agreement includes the delivery of fuel for cars, MCs and other vehicles.

The framework agreement includes the charging of electric vehicles.

The framework agreement includes the delivery of fuel in bulk for the contracting authority's own facilities.

The framework agreement includes the delivery of fuel for vessels voluntary option for the delivery of supplies and other assortment.

The framework agreement includes bulk deliveries for the contracting authority's own facilities and refuelling at airports.
