The tender includes for Lot 1, measurement, manufacture and delivery of orthopaedic footwear, including repair and adjustment of same, as well as orthopaedic foot inserts and for Lot 2 breast prostheses, to citizens licensed under section 112 of the Service Act, cf. LBK no. 170 of 24/01/2022. Orthopaedic footwear means individually manufactured footwear, semi-orthopaedic footwear and factory-made footwear, see Annex 3 "Offer List", tab 2 "Definitions" for further definition.

The tender applies to all citizens of the mentioned municipalities who have been granted the purchase of orthopaedic footwear etc. and breast prostheses pursuant to section 112 of the Services Act.

The total foreseeable consumption of the products covered by the supply is as follows on an annual basis:

Sub-agreement 1 - Approx. DKK 3,500,000 annually.

Sub-agreement 2 - Approx. DKK 700,000 annually.

Tenders may be submitted for one or both lots. One tenderer shall be contracted per lot.
