Framework agreements for the purchase and supply of notebooks and convertibles ("Saxonia Client 2023 - Notebooks and Convertibles")

The present award procedure includes the purchase and delivery of notebooks and convertibles by means of random tendering.

The tender for these framework agreements is intended to meet the demand for mobile workstations (notebooks and convertibles) in the Saxon state administration with new hardware that meets the requirements of the coming years.

The possibility of retrieval from the framework agreements is an offer of the SID to the authorities or institutions authorized to retrieve. The decision to make use of the retrieval options under the framework agreements is made by the authorities and institutions on their own responsibility.

The subject matter of the invitation to tender includes the following service components:

- the purchase of products by means of retrieval from the IT warehouse of SID (webshop),

- delivery to the respective delivery address (free domicile or optionally free place of use),

- the warranty, including on-site replacement service,

- the take-back of waste equipment from this framework agreement and pursuant to § 17 ElektroG and

- optionally, the take-back of other waste equipment available to the authorities.

Purchase and supply of notebooks (Model A)

Lot 1 includes notebooks in the size class from 15.6 to 17 inch screen diagonal (Model A).

The subject matter of the invitation to tender includes the following service components:

- the purchase of products by means of retrieval from the IT warehouse of SID (webshop),

- delivery to the respective delivery address (free domicile or optionally free place of use),

- the warranty, including on-site replacement service, as described in chapter 6.1.12 of the tender documents,

- the take-back of waste equipment from this framework agreement and pursuant to § 17 ElektroG and

- optionally, the take-back of other waste equipment available to the authorities.

Purchase and delivery of convertibles (Model B)

Lot 2 includes convertibles that are specially designed for mobility and can dock a keyboard unit via a click mechanism (Model B).

The subject matter of the invitation to tender includes the following service components:

- the purchase of products by means of retrieval from the IT warehouse of SID (webshop),

- delivery to the respective delivery address (free domicile or optionally free place of use),

- the warranty, including on-site replacement service, as described in chapter 6.1.12 of the tender documents,

- the take-back of waste equipment from this framework agreement and pursuant to § 17 ElektroG and

- optionally, the take-back of other waste equipment available to the authorities.
