The cover is of type "All risks except ...".

It will include the cover of the contractual and extra-contractual responsibilities of SNCB vis-à-vis third parties arising from its personnel, its facilities, its movable and immovable property, as well as the exercise of its main and ancillary activities. The sum insured will amount to 200 000 000 EUR per claim and will be distributed in several lots. The breakdown and description of the lots, as well as the annual limit in the sum insured, will be mentioned in the specifications.
