The contest concerns a framework agreement for the delivery of packaging machines with equipment, servicing of packaging machines and consumables/packaging for these in connection with food production.

The tender contest primarily concerns deliveries to commercial kitchens in the municipalities. Schools, nurseries and other organisations are not covered by the contest.

The annual value of the agreement is estimated to be: NOK 4,000,000 excluding VAT. Maximum value including options and expected price increases: NOK 20,000,000 excluding VAT. The need is uncertain. The value can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors.

Lots/groups

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority considered dividing the assignment but has decided that it is not suitable for this type of procurement.

Framework agreement

The assignment will be regulated by the attached framework agreement with the accompanying standard agreement terms.

The duration of the framework agreement is from and including 2023-06-26 until and including 2025-06-25. The contract will automatically be valid for a further 2 years unless terminated by one of the parties.

The contracting authority will sign a contract with 1 tenderer.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
