Sport Wales has been utilising an Athlete Management System (AMS) for the past three years to enhance the management, monitoring, understanding and development of athletes across various sports disciplines. The existing AMS has provided a solid foundation for tracking performance, managing athlete data, and facilitating communication between coaches and athletes.
