Chelmsford City Council and Uttlesford District Council are seeking to procure security services for various events and locations, divided into two lots for each council's specific requirements.

The Contract period will initially be for 3 years with an optional extra 2, 12 month extension periods. Both Councils are looking to procure security services for different services and events within the council. This will also include ad hoc call outs and parking stewards for events. The procurement will be split into 2 lots, separating services and requirements for each council.
