Meltham External Works. West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Authority (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") seeks to undertake external works at Meltham Fire Station. These works include but are not limited to, the renewal of all fascia’s, soffits, gutters, downpipes, and bargeboards on the main building. Additionally, the external front cladding requires replacement. Several external windowsills exhibit signs of concrete deterioration (concrete cancer) and will require treatment to restore and preserve them. Certain areas of the station's brickwork necessitate repointing, and the felt roof on the small fuel store requires replacement.
