The contract includes the supply and servicing of workplace hardware with the exception of the (factory) warranty settlement of equipment supplied under framework agreements, being the subject of previous tenders

It is expected that the existing End User Devices will be replaced within the contract period to be concluded. The End User Devices are usually financially depreciated in 48 months. Technically, that period may be longer.
