1. The subject of the contract is services for the collection and development of solid municipal waste from real estate inhabited from the territory of Zabór, including:
a) equipping, no later than by 23 December 2023, serviced properties with appropriately marked container(s) for non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste, plastic packaging, glass packaging, biodegradable waste,
b) equip, no later than by 23 December 2023, serviced properties with appropriately marked plastic container/bags for selective collection of paper and cardboard waste. In the case of bags, the Contractor shall equip the properties indicated in the list in an amount constituting the product of the bags due and the number of their collection in accordance with the approved schedule for the whole year in advance. At the same time, if during the year it turns out that some properties lack bags, the Contractor will retrofit them by delivering them.

b) equip, no later than by 23 December 2023, serviced properties with appropriately marked plastic container/bags for selective collection of paper and cardboard waste. In the case of bags, the Contractor shall equip the properties indicated in the list in an amount constituting the product of the bags due and the number of their collection in accordance with the approved schedule for the whole year in advance. At the same time, if during the year it turns out that some properties lack bags, the Contractor will retrofit them by delivering the necessary number of bags to the indicated property.
c) collection of collected waste from property owners and its management:
- 2 times a month (every 2 weeks), non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste (code 20 03 01) from marked containers,
- 1 time per month in the period January - March and November - December, from all property owners indicated by the Ordering Party, biodegradable waste
- 2 times a month in the period April - October, from all property owners indicated by the Ordering Party, biodegradable waste;
- 1 time per month waste collected in a selective way, i.e. paper, plastics, metals and multi-material packaging, separately segregated in the described bags/containers,
- 1 time every two months of waste collected in a selective way, i.e. glass, separately segregated in the described bags/containers.
d) Biodegradable municipal waste, including biodegradable kitchen waste – collected in containers or bags, should be collected from designated locations. The Contractor will receive from the Contracting Authority a list of properties developed with single-family residential buildings that have declared composting of biodegradable municipal waste, including biodegradable kitchen waste. On the basis of the submitted list, the Contractor will not collect biodegradable municipal waste, including biodegradable kitchen waste from these properties and will not deliver bags or containers for biodegradable municipal waste, including biodegradable kitchen waste, to the address points indicated by the Contractor.
e) collection from property owners of bulky waste, waste electrical and electronic equipment and used tires (4 pieces from the household) twice a year in April and September in the form of exhibitions from outside the property in individual villages.
f) collection of ash from property owners 1 time per month in winter, i.e. in January – April and October – December, provided that they purchase a specially marked container for this type of waste on their own and report to the Commune Office their willingness to collect it. The current list of properties covered by the ash export shall be presented by the Contracting Authority to the Contractor after signing the contract; Its amendments will be delivered by the Ordering Party by e-mail no later than three business days before the date of receipt.
g) clean up and collect all collected waste from the places of their accumulation, including those that have not been placed in containers (e.g. next to containers), have been collected in bags of a different type than those delivered by the Contractor or scattered during loading. Collection of waste lying in bulk next to filled containers, containers - bringing order to adjacent areas, contaminated as a result of overfilling containers.
