This framework agreement without minimum or maximum will result in subsequent contracts.

Its purpose is to define the terms and conditions governing future contracts for the supply and delivery of natural gas to supply the delivery points operated by the purchaser listed in the annex to this PPC.

Natural gas is used by sites for the following uses:

- heater;

- hot water;

— gas rods kitchens;

Supply and delivery of natural gas.
