The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to manage the outsourced activities of the Citizen Contact Centre (CCC) of the ants located in Charleville-Mézières. It includes the realization of level 1 support services bringing together front and back office teleadvisors and supervisors, in charge of handling users' contacts (telephone/email/mail/chat). The consultation is divided into two lots, each batch leading to the conclusion of a separate public contract. Lot 1 constitutes a framework agreement with purchase orders concluded without a minimum amount but with a maximum amount defined in value.
