Dynamic purchasing system for the purchase of environmentally friendly vehicles (electric, CNG, hybrid, combustion engines and hydrogen (fuel cells)) including all-in maintenance contract and mandatory buy-back option for various city services and other contracting entities. Each specific contract will contain a detailed description of the need of the contracting authority at that time.

The dynamic purchasing system is divided into four categories:

- category 1: mini van,

- category 2: small van,

- category 3: average van,

- category 4: large van.

Category 1: mini vans.

Category 2: small vans.

Category 3: average vans.

Category 4: large vans.
