The object of the order is the collection directly from the property and the development of municipal waste produced by the owners of residential property (households) and the creation of
and the conduct by the Contractor of the stationary Selective Collective Point of Communal Waste Collection (“PSZOK”) on the territory of the Municipality of Dębe Wielkie.
Receiving directly from the property and landscaping of municipal waste produced by owners of inhabited property (households) in the territory of the Municipality of Dębe Wielkie1. Collection directly from the property and management of municipal waste generated by the owners of inhabited properties (households) in the Commune of Dębe Wielkie.
The approximate amount of municipal waste that the Ordering Party provides to be collected from the owners of real estate inhabited during the contract execution period, i.e. from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023, is
ok. 3000 Mg.
2. The detailed scope and manner of performance of the subject of the contract is specified (Appendix No. 1.1 to the SWZ) – Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) and the Draft Contract constituting (Annex No. 2.1 to the SWZ).
Establishment and conduct by the Contractor of the stationary Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (“PSZOK”) within the Community of Dębe Wielkie1. Establishment and operation by the Contractor of a stationary Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point ("PSZOK") in the Commune of Dębe Wielkie.
The approximate amount of municipal waste that the Ordering Party provides for collection from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point during the contract execution period, i.e. from 01.01.2023 to 30.06.2023, is approx. 200.23 Mg.
The basic scope of the subject of the contract includes the creation and maintenance of PSZOK by the Contractor until 30.06.2023. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of exercising the right of option and ordering the Contractor to run PSZOK itself by a maximum of 6 months. It is estimated that in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023, the amount of collected and managed waste from the area of the Commune of Dębe Wielkie will amount to 493.03 Mg.
