This Expression of Interest (EOI) has been issued by the Authority, SGN Commercial Services Ltd. (SGN), in connection with a competitive procurement event conducted in accordance with the Negotiated Procedure under the Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016. No information contained in this EOI, or in any communication made between SGN and any potential Applicant in connection with this EOI, shall be relied upon as constituting a contract, agreement or representation that any contract shall be offered in accordance with this EOI. SGN reserves the right, subject to the appropriate procurement regulations, to change without notice the basis of, or the procedures for, the competitive tendering process or to terminate at any time. Under no circumstances shall SGN incur any liability in respect of this EOI or any supporting documentation.

SGN working in partnership with Mutual Energy Ltd, the High Pressure (HP) transportation licence holder for the GttW, are planning to construct a 78 km HP pipeline, 130 km of Intermediate Pressure (IP) network with 7 associated Above Ground Installations (AGI's) including 4 Pressure Reduction Stations (PRS) over the next 3-4 years, supplying natural gas to the city gates of Strabane, Dungannon, Cookstown, Magherafelt, Omagh, Enniskillen and Derrylin.

Construction materials/Linepipe are required for the 78 km HP pipeline in advance of the expected commencement in Q1 2017 to allow gas on by the end of December 2017.
