The consultation is organized pursuant to Decree No. 1474-2011 of 8.11.2011 on the participation of local authorities and their public institutions in financing the complementary social protection of their agents.

The social protection guarantees requested concern the risks of incapacity for work, permanent disability, loss of retirement following a permanent disability.

A "funeral allowance", a death benefit, a "Spousal" annuity and an "Education" annuity will also be offered according to the chosen formula.

Estimated value of the financial contribution: between 1 700 000 EUR and 3 000 000 EUR per year for all the above structures.
