Supply of toner for printers and multifunction machines available to the Public Entity, as well as maintenance, repair and cleaning services.

The Public Entity is the administrative organization responsible, on behalf and on behalf of the Administration of the Principality of Asturias, for the effective application of the tax system of the latter, and for those resources of the State or other Administrations and Entities attributed to it by law or by agreement.

For the exercise of its functions, the Public Entity has provided itself with a technological infrastructure in its data processing center in Oviedo and its citizen service offices that allows it to support the organization's activity.

The printing and multifunction equipment available to the staff of the Public Entity at their workstation is fully operational and covered by a current contract which ensures that they can be used normally for daily work. To ensure its proper functioning, it is necessary to purchase an equivalent supply for the next few years.

The contract will include:

— supply from the winning bidder's premises of original high capacity toner,

— replacement of equipment that has reached its end of life cycle with others with less environmental impact and similar characteristics,

— maintenance of printers and re-installation of printers if necessary in other offices at the request of the customer,

— monitoring the printer park with a control and management program (error control, percentage of toner consumption, breakdowns),

— on-site delivery and collection of the consumable and control of the levels thereof,

— free repairs, including original parts and labor,

— replacing printer loans during repairs,

— cleaning and maintenance of the printer park,

— removal in accordance with recycling standards of used toners and other waste.
