- Obtaining an appropriate Tender with the 'best price-quality ratio (BPKV)' within the set frameworks and contracting the Tenderer, which subsequently provides - in short - for the management and preventive and corrective maintenance of the building-related electrotechnical (E) and mechanical (W) installations of the town hall of the Client,
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on the basis of the Maintenance Agreement, various activities in connection with repair or improvements (replacement maintenance and adjustments / mutations), etc., inventories, inspections, including the related reports to the Client, regarding building-related electrical and mechanical installations.
